Why do you throw your sauce around the kitchen like that? Is it part of the recipe?

Looks like everyone enjoyed it but perhaps your kitchen will never be the same?
The story is I dropped the container I was spooning the sauce in on the tile floor and it bounced to the ceiling. I looked like I dressed up as a tomato. I threw myself in front of the doorway to keep the herd of dogs out until I could save the sauce still in the container. The meal turned out fine and delish and my family loved it. (I don't tell them It's tempeh).
